Bryan Davis
Owner & Broker, DLC Realty
A fourth-generation Winters native, Bryan Davis is deeply rooted in the land and legacy of Runnels County. With family ties to the area dating back to the late 1800s, Bryan grew up immersed in agriculture and community. He began custom farming at just 15 and has remained a committed figure in the local ag industry ever since.
Today, Bryan operates both his own ranch and his family’s, managing approximately 400 mama cows with calves. A lifelong outdoorsman and avid hunter, his favorite pastime is working ranch horses or spending time with his two sons and their families.
Bryan has been licensed in real estate for 29 years and has served as a broker for 26 of those. In 2005, he and his wife Jill founded DLC Realty, combining their passion for rural Texas, land stewardship, and helping others find their own piece of home.
Jill Davis
Co-Owner | Agent at DLC Realty
Born in Bryan/College Station and raised in Denver, Colorado, Jill Davis brings a rich blend of city insight and country roots to her real estate career. She moved to Winters, Texas in 2002, where she and her husband Bryan co-founded DLC Realty in 2005.
Jill has over 34 years of experience in the cattle and agriculture industry and continues to manage both their family and personal ranch alongside Bryan. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2008 and has worked in the business for 21 years, offering clients a depth of knowledge and personal care that sets her apart.
Before real estate, Jill owned and operated a title company—experience that gives her a unique and invaluable edge when it comes to guiding clients through title guidelines, closings, and fee structures.
Jill is also a passionate animal advocate. She co-founded and operates Big Baby Animal Rescue, a local initiative dedicated to helping animals in need. Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying time with her grandchildren, caring for her beloved horses and pets, and serving her community as a long-standing member of the Runnels County Women’s Club and Rotary International (since 2006 and 2007 respectively).
